The Tyumen Dermatovenerological Dispensary is at risk of being left without one of its key drug suppliers due to its bankruptcy. A lawsuit against Axel Pharmaceuticals, a company operating in Tyumen, was filed by a Moscow partner for multimillion-dollar debts, information about this is available in the electronic file of arbitration cases.
“Case No. A70-5067/2023, the plaintiff is Pharmakraft LLC, with a legal address in Moscow. the defendant is Axel Pharmaceuticals LLC, with its registered office in Tyumen. The bankruptcy claim has been accepted and registered, but has not yet been put into operation, ”the system says.
According to the VLSI service, the problems between the partners began almost a year ago. In the spring of 2022, the Kalinin District Court of Tyumen considered a case in which the Tyumen company failed to fulfill contracts in the amount of 15 million 700 thousand rubles. Then the parties came to an amicable agreement. “The Tyumen residents did not fulfill the terms of the agreement, so now we have applied to the arbitration court with a claim for the bankruptcy of the company,” commented a lawyer at Pharmakraft LLC to URA.RU.
At the moment, the VLIS system notes that enforcement proceedings have been initiated against Axel Pharmaceuticals for the specified amount. It is also known that in 2022 the company twice won contracts for the supply of medicines and cosmetic products to the dermatovenerological dispensary in the Tyumen region.
URA.RU journalists failed to contact the head of Axel Pharmaceuticals, the company’s website and email do not appear in open sources. By the specified phone they answer that the head is not in place, when he will appear is unknown. Earlier, the agency spoke about a series of bankruptcy cases in the construction industry in Tyumen.
