The transport prosecutor’s office of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug responded to the plane leaving the runway

The Surgut Transport Prosecutor’s Office (KhMAO) monitored the situation at the Khanty-Mansiysk airport, where the plane rolled off the runway. Supervisory measures were organized regarding this fact. The Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office reported this.

“In order to proceed to the parking lot, due to the icing of the runway, the crew requested a towing tractor. The landing was successful, no one was injured. There were no complaints or statements from passengers. After towing, the ship passed pre-flight checks and took off back to Moscow,” the prosecutor’s office wrote in the telegram channel.

Earlier in the morning of November 6, at the city airport, during the landing of an Aeroflot airline ship, an air vehicle rolled off the runway. Then the aircraft commander requested a tractor to clear the runway. The vessel was towed to the parking lot.
