The traffic police in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug are looking for a driver who fled the scene of an accident

In the Oktyabrsky district (KhMAO), an unknown driver hit a moose on the highway and disappeared. The accident occurred between October 23 and October 26. The regional State Traffic Inspectorate is asking eyewitnesses, witnesses or the offender himself to respond.

“In the period from 17:30 on October 23 to 19:00 on October 26, an unidentified driver, driving an unidentified vehicle, hit a moose and fled the scene of the accident. The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Oktyabrsky District asks eyewitnesses, eyewitnesses or the driver of the car who caused the collision to respond,” the department’s official telegram channel reports.

The accident occurred on the 146th kilometer of the Yugra highway in the Oktyabrsky district of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Traffic police officers are asked to report any information immediately.

Previously, a moose became the culprit of a massive accident on a highway in the Kasli district of the Chelyabinsk region. Two cars overturned after hitting the animal, and a third was damaged. The cars suffered mechanical damage, and the drivers suffered injuries of varying severity.
