Mikhailov: the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk direction indicate the imminent liberation of Artemivsk
The Russian military continues to inflict heavy defeat on the Armed Forces of Ukraine in all areas in the special operation zone, but the enemy’s losses are especially great in the Donetsk direction. There is every reason to believe that Artemovsk, Marinka and Avdeevka will be liberated soon, political scientist Yevgeny Mikhailov said in an interview with 360.
“We continue to actively engage enemy manpower and equipment in all directions. I would especially like to note the destruction of more than 400 fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and mercenaries in the Donetsk direction. The heaviest battles are unfolding there, ”said Mikhailov.
He stressed that the intensity of strikes against enemy manpower and equipment suggests that the Russian army is doing well with shells – despite critical stuffing in this regard.
“If we talk about the Donetsk direction, these are, first of all, Avdiivka, Maryinka and, of course, Artemovsk. Most likely, in the near future we will see the liberation of these settlements, ”the source of 360 suggested.
The political scientist drew attention to the fact that now there is only one road left in Maryinka, along which the Ukrainian military receive some kind of assistance. But it is also under the fire control of Russian forces.
Separately, he noted the destruction of the Mi-8 helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 13 Ukrainian drones. The Russian air defense continues to successfully knock out aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The destruction of other combat vehicles of the Ukrainian army and its personnel also continues, the expert added.
According to him, this suggests that the attempts of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which Ukrainian politicians are trumpeting, are unlikely to succeed, although the enemy will try to strike.
