“1560 km (Asha district – approx. URA.RU) of the Moscow – Chelyabinsk highway. Traffic in the direction of Moscow is working. Traffic in the direction of the city of Chelyabinsk is working and dense,” says the video published on the department’s Telegram channel. The road has been processed. There is no snow in the indicated area.
On December 1, due to snowfall, traffic restrictions were introduced on the M-5 Ural highway on the border of the Chelyabinsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan. It applied to heavy trucks, buses and taxis. On the night of December 2, the restriction was reintroduced. It was removed only late in the evening.
