The State Housing Inspectorate of the Moscow Region processed 6.6 thousand applications from residents on issues of maintaining houses per week. More than 4.1 thousand of them have already received a decision, the rest will be closed in the near future.
According to the head of the department, Olga Fedina, the number of applications has decreased in 24 districts. Thus, 50% fewer calls came from Shakhovskaya, 44% from Volokolamsk and Lukhovitsy, 33% from Ruza, and 30% from Zhukovsky. Not a single appeal was received from Voskhod, Star City and Molodyozhny.
The most popular topics of complaints were cleaning at the entrance – these are 693 applications, repair of elevators – 389 messages and restoration of lighting – 365.
The department reminded that residents can leave appeals through EDC portal. They are taken to work during the day.
Earlier, Andrei Vorobyov spoke about plans to complete both stages of the resettlement of emergency houses ahead of schedule. The first will end in 2023, and after that the second will begin.
