The star of the film “Kamenskaya” Nikolai Shatokhin died at the age of 63

Actor Nikolai Shatokhin died at the age of 62. The theater director announced his death on social networks Ksenia Zorina.

The woman noted that the star of the series “Kamenskaya” died in one of the hospitals near Moscow. The cause of death was COVID-19, she said. Most likely, the funeral will take place on June 1.

Fans of Shatokhin’s talent will also be able to say goodbye to him. The event for them will take place on the stage of the Moscow Youth Theater, but the date is not specified, because “farewell is very difficult to organize.”

The actor has starred in more than 70 films and TV series. He made his debut in 1988 in the film The First Hundred Years is Difficult. Then he repeatedly starred in films that have become iconic. Among them – “Kamenskaya”, “Eighties”, “Dovlatov” and others.

Previously, a famous artist died in Slovakia Dano Heriban. He died of heart failure at the age of 44. Before that, he was hospitalized due to health problems.
