The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia accused Russia of failure to fulfill its obligations in Karabakh

Russia is not fulfilling its obligations under the tripartite agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh, guaranteeing the deployment of peacekeepers to resolve the conflict. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan.

“According to the tripartite statement of November 9, Russia has clear obligations to protect Nagorno-Karabakh.
