Aggravation of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh

Russia is not fulfilling its obligations under the tripartite agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh, guaranteeing the deployment of peacekeepers to resolve the conflict. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan.
