The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the evacuation of three thousand residents of Nagorno-Karabakh

Since the start of active hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh, more than 3.1 thousand civilians have been evacuated. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

More than 3.1 thousand residents were evacuated after the start of Azerbaijan’s anti-terrorist operation in Nagorno-Karabakh, reported to the Russian Ministry of Defense. All civilians removed by Russian peacekeepers are provided with food and places to rest.

Azerbaijan began a military operation in Karabakh on September 19. The next day, Nagorno-Karabakh capitulated. Baku plans to hold peace talks with the population of the region on September 21. Russian peacekeepers continue to ensure the safety of civilians in Nagorno-Karabakh.
