The Russian military destroyed in the DPR artillery and a warehouse of ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Donetsk, March 16, 2023, 05:42 — REGNUM Ukrainian firing positions were destroyed by Russian artillerymen near the village of Marinka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This was told by the head of the press center of the group “South” Ivan Bigma.

The Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mounts used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine were fired upon. They were fired from 152 mm Msta-B howitzers. A depot with ammunition of the Ukrainian military was also destroyed. In the Avdeevka direction, thanks to the use of thermal imagers, a stationing point for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was discovered.

“The coordinates were promptly transferred to the command post, and the target was destroyed by the strikes of army aviation helicopters.“, – said Ivan Bigma.

As reported IA REGNUM, a cache with an improvised explosive device, weapons, grenades and cartridges was previously discovered in the Lugansk People’s Republic by employees of the National Guard. An unfinished residential building in one of the settlements in the region was used as a warehouse for storing weapons.
