This is stated in the message of the consulate distributed today, February 19.
“Visitors will not be accepted according to previously issued records (except for the issuance of passports), — reported in the office.
Also, reception without prior appointment on pension issues and registration of certificates for returning to Russia has been temporarily suspended.
“The further procedure for the reception of citizens will be announced additionally,” — added to the consulate.
The Dutch Foreign Ministry announced on February 18 that it had decided to limit the number of Russian diplomats working in the country. According to available information, the situation will affect about 10 people. They must leave the country within two weeks. In addition, the Dutch authorities have decided to close the Russian trade office in Amsterdam.
