US actions in Ukraine jeopardize the security of Europe, said Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov. This is how he reacted to the new $350 million US aid package to Ukraine. In his opinion, Kyiv’s support leads to “expanding the geography of the Ukrainian crisis.”

“Washington is obsessed with the idea of ​​inflicting a strategic defeat on our country. <...> The United States does not think that by adding fuel to the fire, they are only provoking the expansion of the geography of the Ukrainian crisis. Such actions jeopardize the security of all of Europe, increasing the risk of a direct clash between Russia and NATO,” Mr. Antonov said in a commentary on Telegram channel embassies.
