Moscow will offer investors to develop two territories in the Yuzhnoportovy district and in the settlement of Sosensky, which are currently being used inefficiently. About it on official website the mayor of the capital was told by the vice-mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
“The auction is scheduled for the second quarter of this year. It is planned to build modern production facilities and public and business facilities here, where almost seven thousand people will be able to find jobs,” he specified.
According to the mayor’s office, the total volume of investments in the territory will exceed 38.5 billion rubles, and the annual expected volume of tax revenues will be more than 2.5 billion.
The plots put up for auction have good transport accessibility. The Volgogradsky Prospekt, possession 32 site is located near the Volgogradsky Prospekt and Dubrovka metro stations, and the area between Alexandra Monakhova and Edvard Grig streets in the Sosensky settlement is located near the Kommunarka metro station.
Earlier, Vladimir Yefimov announced the construction of a public and business center near the Kuntsevskaya metro station.
