From 2023, Rosobrnadzor will refuse to rank regions by places in their ratings and will divide them into three groups depending on work efficiency and indicators of the quality of education. This was stated by the head of the department Anzor Muzaev.

Thus, according to him, approaches to assessing results in local education systems will be adjusted.

The official clarified that they plan to reorient the assessment of the quality of educational services in Russia to domestic monitoring. Muzaev added that the country has already accumulated a lot of experience in this direction, which can be successfully used.

“In creating a unified system for assessing the quality of education, we have advanced quite far, we have the whole range of monitoring that is necessary,” the press service of the department reports the words of the head of Rosobrnadzor.

At the same time, among the main tasks, he singled out the licensing and accreditation of educational organizations in the new regions of Russia – the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. In the course of this work, the experience of Crimea and Sevastopol will be taken into account, Muzaev emphasized.

Meanwhile, during his speech at the “government hour” in the State Duma, the head of the Ministry of Education, Sergei Kravtsov, called equalizing the level of education in the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation a key task for the Government.

At the same time, according to him, it is necessary to start with the creation of a single legal space, since all schools in these regions are managed at the regional level, and the institutions in them belong to the subjects.

At the same time, it became known that State Duma deputies proposed to allow regional authorities to establish control over rural schools in order to bring education in different organizations to a single standard and facilitate the management of institutions, decisions on which are now facing difficulties due to disagreements between different levels of government.
