The prosecutor’s office opened a second criminal case due to problems with water in Pervouralsk

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Sverdlovsk Region conducted an inspection into inadequate water supply in the city of Pervouralsk, during which violations were identified. The URA.RU correspondent was informed about this by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region.

“The prosecutor’s office sent the materials to the investigative authorities in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Art. 37 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation to provide a criminal legal assessment, based on the results of consideration of which a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence),” the message says.

On the morning of December 7, the head of Yekaterinburg announced that repair work should be completed before the end of this year. He clarified that the hot water supply is switched to a permanent circuit from the chamber of the Yekaterinburg Heating Network Company on Voinnaya Street.
