The prosecutor’s office convened an urgent meeting at the Perm city hall due to snow

The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Perm initiated an unscheduled meeting with the administration of the controlled area. The urgent meeting was based on violations identified during the cleaning of city streets, a source close to the mayor’s office said.

“On the initiative of the Lenin prosecutor’s office, a meeting was held today on the problems of snow removal in the area. We decided to be proactive: a few days ago, the Sverdlovsk and Motovilikha prosecutors made representations to the deputy heads of these districts due to violations identified during street cleaning. And this could become grounds for their dismissal,” says a URA.RU source at the mayor’s office.

The fact that this meeting took place is confirmed by the head of the Leninsky district of Perm. Alexander Rusanov posted a post about this on his telegram channel. “On the initiative of the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district, an interdepartmental meeting was held on the basis of the district administration on the maintenance of the road network and public landscaping facilities. Representatives of organizations serving the territory of the Leninsky district took part in the meeting,” said the head of the district.

At the end of November, a month’s normal amount of precipitation fell in Perm. 38 thousand cubic meters of snow were removed from the central streets. On average, during the peak of snowfalls in the Leninsky district, about 90 units of equipment worked per day. Earlier, URA.RU reported that the prosecutor’s office revealed violations during snow removal in Perm. The oversight agency made a presentation to city officials.
