At the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court banned construction work on the edge of the Chelyabinsk forest (west of the intersection of Lesoparkovaya and Smirnykh streets in the Central District) which is being carried out by the company of regional legislative assembly deputy Sergei Buyakov. According to SBIS, the co-owner of the Absolut company (50% of the authorized capital) is a deputy of the legislative assembly of the Chelyabinsk region Sergei Buyakov. As follows from the case materials, the deputy prosecutor of the region, in the interests of city residents, asks the court to invalidate the lease agreement for the site, construction permits, and an additional agreement between the Committee on Property and Land Relations of the mayor’s office and the company. The supervisory authority also demands that the unfinished construction project be demolished and Absolut LLC’s right of ownership to it be invalidated.
