The President of Kazakhstan arrived on a working visit to Turkey

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived on a working visit to Ankara. This was announced today, March 16, according to zakon.kz.

According to the portal, the Kazakh leader intends to take part in an extraordinary summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTG).

It is reported that the event will consider current areas of activity of the UTC in the field of emergency management and humanitarian assistance, including issues related to coordination and strengthening of cooperation in the fight against natural disasters.

As part of the visit, a meeting between Tokayev and Erdogan is also planned.
