The report about the meeting and the indicators was confirmed by several sources. Informants clarify that officials who do not fulfill the plan risk “repeating the fate of the former vice-mayor of Nizhnevartovsk Oleg Khotinetsky, who was dismissed due to the failure of the election of the Tyumen governor in the municipality.”
