An agreement on the integrated development of a site with an area of 2.4 hectares on Shartash in Yekaterinburg, where the abandoned dachas of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences are located, will be concluded with the Elit-GROUP company. Its director is Hakob Karapetyan, the son of Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region Armen Karapetyan. The final protocol based on the results of the auction was published on the website of the state corporation Dom.rf.
Bidding for the sale of the site began at the end of January. In total, three applications were received for the competition – from the Perm companies “SPS” and “Finstrum”, as well as from the company from Verkhnyaya Pyshma “Elite-GROUP”. However, only the latter was allowed to participate. SPS and Finstrum did not have experience in the construction of capital construction projects.
“Recognize the auction as invalid […] due to the fact that only one applicant was allowed to participate in the auction. This protocol is a document certifying the right of the sole auction participant, SZ Elite-GROUP LLC, to conclude an agreement on the integrated development of an undeveloped territory and a lease agreement for a plot for the integrated development of an undeveloped territory,” the final protocol says.
According to the VLSI service, the director of Elite GROUP is Hakob Karapetyan. The company, in particular, was the developer of the Petrovsky residential complex in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Its revenue last year amounted to 126.8 million rubles.
