The organizers of the international documentary film festival “Flahertiana”, which took place in Perm, announced the winners at the closing of the event. A recording of the broadcast from the closing ceremony of the film forum was published in the festival group on the VKontakte social network.
The “Small Golden Nanook” prize in the “Russian Flahertiana” competition for the best film was won by director Alexey Romanov with the film “LIVE IN LYUBIMOVO” (12+). The best work in the student competition was the painting “Clouds like People” (16+) by Evgenia Leushkina. The main prize of the festival “Big Golden Nanook” in the international competition went to Livia Anna Emilia Berger for the film “Whom I Love” (16+). The Audience Award went to the film “Secret Letters” (16+), directed by Violet Du Feng, Zhao Qing.
The international festival “Flahertiana” opened in Perm on September 15. Films from 13 countries took part in the competition, including China, the USA, Germany, Iran, Romania, Italy, Austria, Finland, Russia and others. The festival’s films tell about people who defend women’s rights, build houses, heal and save people.
