One of the residents of the Achir settlement of the Tobolsk district (Tyumen region) quarreled with an acquaintance and asked the village head Dilnur Yanaliev to help resolve the conflict. After he intervened in the conflict, one of its participants received serious injuries. URA.RU learned about this from court documents.

“In December 2022, a conflict occurred between residents Achir Yanaleev and Aidullin, as a result of which the latter was injured. To resolve the conflict situation, Aidullin invited the head of the Achir settlement, Dilnur Yanaliev. At his request, the participants in the brawl and the head of Achir gathered in Aidullin’s house, where the latter’s two brothers were also present. Those present asked Yanaleev to apologize to Aidullin, but he rudely refused,” it is written in one of the documents of the Tobolsk District Court.

It is indicated that after the refusal, the head of the Achira settlement left the house in which the conversation took place. Leaving Yanaleev alone with the three Aidullin brothers. After which Yanaleev was seriously injured. “Yanaliev, being the head of the rural settlement, did not take measures to prevent the commission of a crime. In addition, having reliably known about the conflict between the men that preceded the crime, he did not report to law enforcement agencies in order to prevent the commission of a more serious crime,” the court documents indicate.

In a telephone conversation with the agency, head Achir Dilnur Yanaliev said that he did not remember this situation and promised to call back later, but then stopped answering the editorial office’s calls. A written request has been sent to the prosecutor’s office of the Tyumen region.
