The number of victims of cider in the Ulyanovsk region increased to 42 people

In the Ulyanovsk region, the number of hospitalized with poisoning from the alcoholic drink “Mr. Cider” has increased to 42. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Health.

According to the data, the region had the most affected by the drink. Only in it 62 cases were revealed. There are 20 known deaths.

The condition of patients who are in Ulyanovsk hospitals is assessed as severe and moderate.

On June 6, Rospotrebnadzor announced the seizure of 37.6 thousand liters of beer drink from 11 regions of the Russian Federation, which was produced in the Samara region.

In total, 90 people across the country suffered from poisoning with surrogate cider.
