The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the bodies of nine people were recovered from under the rubble at the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on the buildings of the Pension Fund and the Employment Center in the Chaplinsky municipal district. According to him, nine more people were taken to medical facilities in serious condition. Earlier today, senator from the Kherson region Konstantin Basyuk reported seven deaths as a result of the shelling, the regional Ministry of Health reported nine hospitalized, one of whom was in serious condition.

“Nine dead people, nine very seriously and wounded people have already been pulled out from under the rubble; they are now being taken to medical facilities. And now the analysis of the rubble continues,” said Vladimir Saldo in on air TV channel “Russia-24”.

Today, November 3, at 15:50 Moscow time, Vladimir Saldo reported the shelling of the social fund and employment service buildings in Chaplinka by “six American missiles.” According to him, Russian air defense shot down four of them, the remaining two hit buildings.
