The number of illegally rented cheap apartments in Moscow reaches 80%

At the same time, a jump in the number of landlords who want to rent housing “white” occurred in 2019 after the adoption of the law on the self-employed.

For citizens registered as self-employed, the rental tax is 4% if the tenants are individuals, and 6% if the premises are rented to a legal entity. Previously, the tax was the standard 13% – personal income tax.

Earlier it was reported that the cost of long-term rental housing in Russian cities began to grow. This rise indicates the recovery of this market.
