In Moscow, the largest producer of sausages and meat delicacies has joined the national project “Labor Productivity”, according to the mayor’s website on August 11.
The national project will help increase the production of sausages in Moscow by 10% in the next six months. The team of the enterprise is trying to reduce the time of the production process. It is planned that the cycle from the input of raw materials to the output of finished products will be reduced from 48 hours by 5%.
Currently, the employees of the enterprise are trained in lean production tools, which will eliminate key losses and increase the production of sausages.
As reported IA REGNUM, 43 metropolitan enterprises will receive support within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity”. In 2022, 109 companies can become participants in the national project.
