The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia is looking for armed people in the mountains who were spotted by hunters

Local hunters noticed a group of armed people in the Gulrypsh region of Abkhazia. Security forces are searching for them, Interior Minister Robert Kiuth told the publication. “Sputnik Abkhazia”.

Seven armed people were spotted near the village of Azanta; they had no identification marks. According to the hunters, the group was armed with foreign weapons, presumably M-4 assault rifles. They wore black uniforms, masks, helmets, and were “well equipped.” In addition, the group used a quadcopter that flew over the area.

All approaches to Sukhum are closed amid the search for armed people.
