The Ministry of Defense reported the defeat of 8 Ukrainian drones in Moscow

The Ukrainian regime attempted a terrorist attack on Moscow using eight drones, all UAVs were hit. This was reported on Tuesday in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

As explained in the defense department, five of the eight launched vehicles were shot down in the Moscow region by the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun system, and three more were suppressed by electronic warfare, as a result of which they lost control and deviated from their intended targets.

“Eight aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles were involved in the attack. All enemy drones have been hit, ”the message says.

As Parlamentskaya Gazeta wrote, earlier the Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, announced that several drones had been intercepted by air defense systems in the region. At the same time, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that several buildings in the capital received minor damage as a result of the UAV attack, no one was seriously injured.
