Russian special operation in Ukraine
Kyiv will not announce the start of its offensive. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Malyar.
“Plans love silence. Start announcements [наступления] will not,” Ganna Malyar wrote in her telegram channel.
Earlier it became known that Ukraine is preparing for a large-scale offensive. The operation was scheduled to take place in the spring. However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky later said that the country was ready for an offensive, but it needed to be given more time to avoid losses. After a while, Zelensky said that this operation could be too expensive.
