The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation proposed to put on military registration without a personal appearance in the military registration and enlistment office

The Russian Ministry of Defense has prepared a draft on military registration and removal from it without a personal appearance of citizens in the military commissariat. The corresponding document is published on the portal of regulatory legal acts.

It is noted that military registration, removal from it and changes to the documentation can be carried out on the basis of information contained in state information resources.

Thus, if it is not possible to serve the summons personally to the addressee, or if it is received by mail, the document is considered served seven days after it was placed in the Summons Register.

At the same time, if there is no technical possibility of obtaining information in electronic format, then the Office requests and guarantees receipt of information in written or electronic form. The latter must be confirmed by a special signature.

April 12 President of Russia Vladimir Putin received the law on electronic subpoenas for signature.
