The measure of support for SVO participants in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will be broadcast throughout the country

In August 2023, the government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug approved a measure to support SVO participants who received combat leg injuries. With the help of an electronic certificate, they will be able to purchase a car. Senator from Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Eduard Isakov spoke to the Federation Council with a proposal to extend this measure to all regions of Russia.

“In August 2023, changes were made to the regional list of technical means of rehabilitation (TSR). Now soldiers from Ugra who received combat injuries, resulting in damage to the musculoskeletal system, have the opportunity to purchase a personal car through an electronic certificate. At a meeting of the Federation Council, I submitted a proposal for consideration to expand the federal list of TSR,” Isakov said in his telegram channel.

At the beginning of 2024, Isakov plans to visit domestic automobile enterprises. It is necessary to determine the characteristics of a car that will help an injured SVO participant become more mobile and move independently. First of all, a person in a wheelchair should easily get into the car, get to the right place and also easily get out of the car.

At the end of September, Isakov tried out a new development for the front. Now the orderly alone will be able to take the wounded from the battlefield. A transforming stretcher has been designed for this purpose. In case of a positive test in the SVO zone, they will be put into production.
