Hot water in a problematic house on the street. Patrice Lumumba, 2 (Vtorchermet), because of which the mayor of Yekaterinburg Alexei Orlov was reproached by blogger Ksenia Sobchak, will appear by the end of the year. Orlov reported this on his telegram channel.

“Residents contacted all authorities regarding poor quality hot water supply. The fact is that the house was powered through dilapidated networks belonging to the Ministry of Defense. A temporary solution to the problem was the creation of a so-called “bypass”. Then I gave instructions to radically correct the situation, and now the project is nearing completion. <…> As experts assure, all work will be completed before the end of this year,” the head wrote.

He clarified that the hot water supply is switched to a permanent circuit from the chamber of the Yekaterinburg Heating Network Company on Voinnaya Street. “This will ensure year-round, high-quality and uninterrupted supply of hot water to a residential building,” Orlov noted.

Last July, a resident of a high-rise building blocked traffic at the intersection of Patrice Lumumba and Military streets to draw attention to the problem: people, according to him, had not been able to properly use hot water for more than a year. “Alexey Valerievich Orlov, are you going to do something or *** with them, with the residents?” — Sobchak wrote in her telegram channel. Orlov explained that the utility networks belong to the Ministry of Defense, and the energy supplier is the private company T-Plus. And he announced that the problem would be solved by September. When the water was turned off again in the middle of the month, Sobchak repeated the attack.
