Residents of the house on Karla Marksa Street, 4 met with the management company and the deputy of Balashikha. They were concerned about the improvement of the territory and the condition of the entrance.

“Of course, we put the comfortable living of residents in this house at the forefront. They heard what they really care about. Problems were voiced, for example, to put things in order with a weak current, ”explained Gennady Popov, chairman of the Council of Deputies of the urban district.

Residents of the house asked to deal with the quality of the wires and put the system in order. Another hot topic is that the light in the entrance is on around the clock.

“We have planned the installation of a time relay and lighting devices <...> We will dismantle the switch and make a lighting system that will work only at night,” said Denis Raznoglazov, general director of the Enthusiast management company.

Also, local residents asked for more bushes and trees in a small park. Plants will decorate the territory.

“Everything that we ask, we ask persistently, they know how we feel about it, and they try to take note of it all at once, they don’t shelve it,” said Tatyana Savostyanova, chairman of the council at Karl Marx, 4.

In 2022, two entrances of the house were renovated. The plans for this year are to continue work in others.

Earlier, Governor Andrei Vorobyov instructed to repair about 4.5 thousand apartment buildings in the Moscow region.
