The Investigative Committee is investigating the shelling of Nova Kakhovka by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

New Kakhovka, Kherson region, April 13, 2023, 20:25 — REGNUM The fact of the shelling of the city of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region has been recorded and is being investigated. This was reported on April 13 in the Investigative Committee of Russia.

In total, 19 missiles were fired at the settlement in October 2022, three of them hit the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the rest were shot down by air defense.

“The Investigative Committee of Russia will record and investigate the shelling of Novaya Kakhovka by Ukrainian nationalists from the HIMARS and Alder“, – noted in the RF IC.

Criminal cases have been initiated, the actions of all those involved in the shelling are going to be given a legal assessment. The circumstances of the incident will be established in detail.
