The Hero of Russia, seriously wounded in the Northern Military District zone, told why he returned to the front

Hero of Russia Colonel Rustam Saifullin, seriously wounded during a special operation, returned to the front to his regiment. He believes that he does not have the right to lie and feel sorry for himself. The soldier himself spoke about this.

“I have no right to lie down somewhere at home, feel sorry for myself while lying on the bed,” Saifullin told RIA Novosti. He added that the regiment is his military family, next to which he “breathes deeply.”

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that Saifullin, who refused his mandate in the Tyumen City Duma, again went to the Northern Military District zone. During the shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, he was seriously wounded. He has a year and a half of intensive rehabilitation and complex operations behind him. At the moment, the military man has returned to Lugansk.
