The director of the High Technologies Technopark, Denis Skryganov, filed a lawsuit against the Accounts Chamber of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. An audit of the department revealed inappropriate budget expenditures, Skryganov was suspected of illegally accruing allowances to himself, and now he is trying to challenge the decision of the control and accounting body. A source in the political establishment of Ugra told URA.RU about this.

“Skryganov is trying to cancel the Accounts Chamber’s submission about the illegal payment of allowances to himself. He received 169.9 thousand rubles (double salary), having moved to Ugra from Murmansk. Technopark filed a statement of claim with the Arbitration Court of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug,” the insider said.

Skryganov, in a conversation with a journalist, neither confirmed nor denied the information from the agency’s source. He clarified that until the details of the case appear on the court’s website, he has no right to disclose information. The Accounts Chamber of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug confirmed receipt of the claim and that the requirements relate specifically to the lifting equipment of the director of the technology park.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that the Department of Industry of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is trying to return Skryganov lifts to the budget. His protégé Timonova also received a similar payment, but in her case the violations were not confirmed.
