Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin became interested in a mass brawl of minors in a shopping center. He instructed to find out the details of the incident at Aviapark.

The head of the Sledkom instructed the head of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR in Moscow, Andrey Strizhov, to study the incident. He will have to report on the progress of the verification of the incident.

“The head of the department instructed the investigators to find out all the circumstances of the incident, establishing the reasons and conditions that contributed to the commission of unlawful acts by minors,” the press service of the ICR said.

A mass brawl took place in the Aviapark shopping center. Groups of teenagers are reported to have clashed over sidelong glances. Eyewitnesses said that there were about 10-15 people in the brawl. Representatives of Aviapark believe that the fight was staged.
