The head of Chelyabinsk was punished for violating the rights of disabled drivers

In Kartaly (Chelyabinsk region), the head of the district and his subordinate were punished for the lack of markings for the disabled in a car parking lot. This was reported by the press service of the Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office.

“The Kartalinsky transport prosecutor has established that the parking lot in the square near the railway station does not have the required number of parking spaces for disabled people. Also, the station parking lot lacks the necessary markings,” reports the department’s telegram channel.

In order to eliminate the violations identified, the prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the Kartalinsky municipal district. A case of administrative offense under Art. 5.43 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
