The Ukrainian army is dismantling and analyzing Russian ammunition and missiles to gain information about how these weapons change and adapt during the conflict. The Guardian newspaper reports this.

“As we dismantle Russian bombs, we see how Russia is adapting and changing its missiles as the conflict continues,” it says in the newspaper material. They added that the list of components and their manufacturers, obtained after disassembly, is sent to other departments and officials for processing. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have a whole collection of various parts of Russian missiles, the newspaper concluded.

Earlier, a representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, said that Russian FAB-500 bombs are a practically unattainable target for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to him, although it is theoretically possible to counter these bombs, it is extremely difficult, almost impossible, to shoot them down. Also, the Ukrainian military mostly retreats from the battlefield when the Russian army uses Solntsepek heavy flamethrower systems, reports Life.
