“To determine that the increase in official salaries is carried out due to additional budgetary allocations brought in accordance with the established procedure, as well as through the redistribution of the incentive part in the wage structure into the salary part in order to establish official salaries in an amount not lower than the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Russian Federation Federation… This resolution comes into force on January 1, 2024,” the governor’s resolution says.
The document contains a recommendation to the heads of cities, districts and towns in the region to make similar decisions regarding an increase in the salaries of municipal employees from January 1 of the next year. In addition, the resolution also calls for a revision of some incentive payments and their replacement with others.
