The Russian government has extended the period of deferment of payments for the lease of federal property for entrepreneurs called up as part of partial mobilization, as well as for contract businessmen and volunteers. Now the deferment is provided not only for the entire period of service, but also for 90 days after its completion, and also applies to all types of federal property, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported. “Thanks to these changes, our defenders will have enough time to fully restore all business processes without fear of financial claims,” Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during a meeting of the coordinating council to meet the needs of the RF Armed Forces.

Thus, the deferral of rental payments is due to individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, as well as legal entities in which the same person is the sole participant and head of the company, the government clarified.

On October 15, the government published a decree introducing a deferment of payments on the lease of federal property for entrepreneurs serving in the zone of the military operation. In the same resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers made changes to the requirements for enterprises whose employees are called up as part of partial mobilization. In particular, enterprises were given a period of three to six months to search for new qualified workers instead of mobilized ones.
