It is specified that information about the withdrawal of the Russian Armed Forces from Nova Kakhovka was published “as a result of the incorrect use of available data.” The Armed Forces of Ukraine confirm that Russian troops are in Nova Kakhovka and have not left this settlement.
In turn, the governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo called the information about the withdrawal of the Russian Armed Forces from Nova Kakhovka a stuffing. The balance indicated that the dissemination of false data by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was caused by “weak PR effect” from the arrival of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in the Kherson region.
About 20,000 residents remain in Nova Kakhovka, many of whom are elderly and people with limited mobility. The city is constantly shelled by Ukrainian troops.
Previously IA REGNUM reported that more than 250 Ukrainian militants were eliminated during a special operation in a day in the Donetsk direction.
