“He agreed on a mandate for his subordinate Andrei Lazarev, who currently works in the City Duma. In September, Lazarev will enter the regional Duma at the by-elections in the Kalinin District, and in the City Duma he will be replaced by another employee of Russu, the director of the Mostostroy branch, Ivan Khudyakov. Both candidates have already won the primaries in their constituencies, ”the agency’s interlocutor shared.
