Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin said that Zaporozhye NPP will work for Russia.
“Energy electricity is a commodity that cannot be stored in a warehouse. Therefore, if the energy system of Ukraine is ready to accept and pay money, then we will work, if it won’t accept it, it will work for Russia,” Khusnullin explained.
While on a working visit to Melitopol, he reminded that nuclear energy is “absolutely competitive” and that “we won’t have such problems” to worry about where to sell electricity.
