French President Emmanuel Macron has said he will try to limit any security problems at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Which is going to be held on July 26.
Our much-desired Olympic Games will be held in Paris this year and around 320,000 people will participate in the opening ceremony, so many security arrangements have been made for the opening ceremony.
“We have backup scenarios for the opening ceremony, we have plans B and C. To be honest, we have a plan in which the ceremony will be limited to the Trocadero or even the Stade de France,” Macron said on RMC radio 100 days before the opening of the Olympics.

“We have allocated funds for security, in particular for intelligence resources. We will create a secure perimeter around the ceremony site in a few days, even in a few weeks. There are always risks in life, but the security perimeter will be very wide. We will screen everyone entering and leaving, eight days before that we will completely cordon off the territory,” the head of state added.
This year’s Summer Olympic Games will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11.
