It is necessary to return driving courses to Russian schools, expanding the practical part. This proposal was made by Ivan Abramov, Deputy Head of the Economic Committee of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
“When I was at school, we had driving courses. Now for high school students, we also need to introduce such courses with a theoretical and practical part, so that later, when they reach adulthood, the guys can get a license,” — leads RIA “Novosti” his words.
As Abramov pointed out, such classes should be organized on a voluntary basis. And funding should come from the federal budget, since “we give the guys professional skills, this will be a return to the economy.”
