The factory of the wife of Kurgan deputy Islamov demands millions from the Tyumen pig farm

The Kurgan Vegetable Oil Plant (“KZRM”), owned by the wife of regional Duma deputy Marat Islamov, Lyubov Islamova, is trying to sue a debt of 8.5 million rubles from the Olimp pig breeding company from the Tyumen region. This is reported on the website of the Arbitration Court.

“KZRM LLC filed a claim against Olympus Pig Breeding Company LLC for the collection of the principal debt under the supply agreement dated September 20, 2022 in the amount of 7,571,259 rubles, 960,996 rubles of penalties for improper fulfillment of monetary obligations, as well as legal expenses for payment of state fees in the amount of 65,661 rubles,” says the arbitration court file. The statement of claim has been accepted for production. The next meeting is scheduled for November 21, 2023.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that the company of the wife of Kurgan MP Islamov is suing an exporter from Kazakhstan. The Kurgansemena agricultural complex is demanding hundreds of thousands of rubles in fines from the Tungri Grain company for the supply of products.
