The expert called the conditions due to which Russians can be deprived of pensions

Senior Vice President of the investment company Fontvielle Anastasia Khrustaleva confirmed the possibility of depriving Russians of pensions under certain circumstances. There are several reasons for this, one of them is moving outside the country, about which today, May 25, informs URA.RU.

The expert confirmed the existence in the law of the concepts of suspension and termination of pension payments.

“As a general rule, the FSS suspends payment if a pensioner does not receive it for six consecutive months. Also, you can remain without payments in case of providing false information about the right to receive it and the termination of the legal grounds for its payment. The pensioner will also be deprived of payments in case of moving outside Russia”, — said Anastasia Khrustaleva.

If a Russian receives a pension not by age, but, for example, by disability, its payment may be suspended if the next medical examination has not been passed.
