Criminal cases against the management of the bailiff service of the Kama region
The Perm Regional Court rejected the appeal of the former head of the Perm bailiffs, Igor Kozhevnikov. Previously, he was found guilty of bribery and cashing out 200 million rubles and was sent to prison for 10 years.
“The punishment was left unchanged, the complaints were not satisfied,” reports Properm. Kozhevnikov declared that he was not guilty and asked to be acquitted. The appeal took more than a month.
The court sentenced Kozhevnikov in May. For bribery and cashing out, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison in a maximum security colony, and also ordered to pay 15 million rubles as a fine. His assistant Alexandra Mardanova, who was convicted under the same article, testified against the head of the bailiffs.
