The European Union has included the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation in the sanctions list

The tenth package of anti-Russian sanctions of the European Union includes the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Document published 25 February.

The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service has existed since December 20, 1920. During this time, the SVR accounted for a huge amount of valuable information to ensure the interests of the USSR, and then Russia. Today, the service continues to ensure the security of the Russian Federation – the individual, society and the state from external threats.
